- Account Credentials: Shop name, merchant name, 10-digit Indian mobile number, and email address used for identity verification and password recovery.
- Daily Ledger Entries: Daily collections, 7-category business and household expenses, net cash-in-hand calculations, and transaction notes entered by you.
- GST Invoicing Records: Buyer names, sequential invoice numbers, HSN/SAC codes, CGST/SGST amounts, and payment status records generated inside the app.
- Smart Calculator Audit History: Numerical equations and optional calculation notes stored for your audit trail.
- Technical Diagnostics: App version, operating system version, and anonymous crash telemetry strictly to diagnose application reliability.
4. Zero Sensitive Device Permissions
Dailydoubt is engineered with a strict zero sensitive device permissions philosophy. Our Android application requests NO runtime permissions for your device contacts, photo gallery, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location. Your device hardware remains completely untouched.
5. How We Use Your Information
Information is processed solely to:
- Authenticate your login and verify password recovery requests via time-limited (10-minute) 6-digit email OTPs;
- Synchronize and calculate your daily business ledger, cash-in-hand, and GST tax invoice records across your sessions;
- Generate downloadable PDF reports and multi-sheet Excel workbooks upon your request;
- Respond promptly to technical assistance and support inquiries;
- Prevent fraudulent misuse and comply with applicable laws in India.
6. Data Isolation & Security Architecture
Your ledger entries and business records are stored on enterprise-grade Supabase cloud infrastructure backed by PostgreSQL. We enforce strict Row Level Security (RLS) across all 9 application database tables. Every query is authenticated at the database kernel level with auth.uid(), ensuring that no user or third party can view, query, or modify your confidential business transactions.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business ledger records. We only work with trusted cloud infrastructure partners essential to app operations: Supabase (encrypted cloud database & authentication) and secure email delivery providers for transactional verification OTPs.
8. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliant)
You have complete autonomy over your personal and financial data. In strict compliance with Google Play Data Safety guidelines, Dailydoubt provides self-serve permanent account deletion directly inside the app (Profile → Delete Account). Initiating this action immediately and irreversibly wipes your user profile, daily ledger entries, GST invoices, and calculator history from all active database tables. You may also request manual deletion by emailing support.dailydoubt@gmail.com.
9. Children's Privacy
Dailydoubt is a digital commercial ledger application designed strictly for small business owners, retail merchants, and freelance professionals. It is not intended for or directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
